Last year the communications measurement and evaluation profession lost one of its brightest minds, Don Bartholomew. His insight and commentary are greatly missed. At one of the earliest Summits on the Future of Communications Measurement, Katie Paine spoke with Don (that’s the two of them above) and he had some visionary words to say about where measurement was heading:
