Why is Katie called The Queen of Measurement?
It was at South by Southwest. Beth Kanter set up a panel called “the non profit ROI poetry slam” We were all supposed to come in costume but I was coming from another conference and didn’t pack a costume. However, a friend had just given me a tiara and Beth gave us all measuring tapes to commemorate the event. I wove the measuring tape into the tiara and wore that. (see attached) The next day there was an “all hat no cattle party” that Richard Binhammer was throwing and everyone was supposed to have a hat. I couldn't afford (and really didn't need) a cowboy hat, so I wore my tiara. It was either Richard or Scott Monty that introduced me as “the Measurement Queen.

I purchased a product from Paine Publishing but I'm having trouble accessing it. What should I do?
First, make sure that you are logging in via the correct URL which is Paine Publishing's homepage: www.painepublishing.com. If you try logging in via the homepage of The Measurement Advisor, it will not work because they are two separate websites.

I checked out your Measurement Education flowchart, but I am unsure if I am a true beginner who needs Measurement 101 Course-in-a-Box. Any advice?
Measurement 101 Course-in-a-Box covers the basics of measurement and research -- setting objectives, establishing benchmarks, collecting, and analyzing data, etc. There’s a lot of detail in the course, but if you already have a good grasp of the principles, best practices, and/or if you did any sort of measurement or data analysis in customer service (or a similar role) then the Measurement Sherpa's Essentials Guide is probably a better fit for you.
I bought Measurement 101 Course-in-a-Box for Professors and I am ready to schedule a time to have Katie talk with my class. How do I do this?
