Thirteen years ago, I launched the Summit on the Future of Measurement, an annual gathering at which most of the Measurement Mavens I knew gathered in Durham to prognosticate on the future of measurement. I just discovered the recording we made of all the sessions so we have dozens of quotes, most of which will either sound remarkably familiar or remarkably prescient. We’ll be releasing one each week in honor of Throw Back Thursday #TBT. The first is from the late great Don Bartholomew, my former client, friend and fellow member of the IPR Measurement Commission.
